Description: This study, performed by the U.S. Department of Transportation John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center, evaluates the feasibility of a shuttle system that would connect south Baltimore and Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine with the Inner Harbor area of the city of Baltimore. In addition to examining the creation of a new service, this study also investigates the possible incorporation of a shuttle system into existing and/or proposed transit systems, specifically the Charm City Circulator.
