Description: A small workshop was held to define the procedures for determining the relationship between pavement distress and performance. The objective was to relate predicted distress to measured performance. The data presented in this circular were collected using a questionnaire which was sent to all state highway departments-and other agencies. These questions were the first of their kind to be used in a study to relate distress to performance.
